The temperature at the vacuum port of the polyoxymethylene extruder remains high

The temperatures at the three vacuum ports of our factory’s extruder remain consistently high. When the feed volume is around 1.5 tons, the temperature is between 230-240 degrees; when it reaches 2.5 tons, the temperature goes up to 270-280 degrees. We have yet to find a solution to this issue. Please help us out. Thank you

1. Is the extruder a CWP ZSK177MC or ZSK250MC? 2. Is the vacuum level set too low (insufficient pumping capacity)? 3. Is the temperature at the vacuum port set too high? 4. What is the amount of liquid added compared to the amount of Pom powder and stabilizers? Is too little liquid being added? 5. Is the speed of the extruder too high? 6. Is there any melted material leaking towards the vacuum port?
