There is a groove of about 1mm in the mechanical seal seat of our waste heat boiler hot water forced circulation pump. Use electric welding to repair it, polish it bit by bit with a file, and install it after checking that there is no groove. After the installation was completed, when the inlet valve was just opened to one third, air leakage began at the original damaged location of the mechanical seal seat. Circulation pump manufacturer is: Shanghai KSB, pump model: HPH200-401. The mechanical seal seat is integrally cast. Can any manufacturer repair it?
