The filler decomposes and melts when heated or reacts with the material; what is its specific material composition? No protective pants or protective shoes were worn: lol
You’re so beautiful; I’m even giving you safety shoes – all that’s left is to give you a wife: lol
What material is the packing made of? Is it a shaped packing?
What material is the packing made of? The packing in our ammonium methyl pump usually lasts only about 3 months before failing
What kind of workers work on site without wearing anything under their work clothes?
Wear occurs for various reasons; blocked cooling water and process fluctuations can all increase the wear of the packing. But eight months of filler is already quite good.
The ammonium pump in the urea plant has been in operation for 8 months; its packing was replaced routinely, and considering its service life, it performs exceptionally well! ! Generally, it can no longer be used after 3 months of continuous use! ! The reason for the damage is that after the packing wears out, it is possible to compress the packing further by tightening the packing gland cap; however, after operating for a certain period of time, the worn packing can no longer provide an adequate seal, resulting in leaks !
