Yes, it’s vertical; there is just one inlet valve and filter between it and the entrance.
It is recommended to consider the following: 1. Check the inlet filter; 2. Ensure that the circulation pipes are unobstructed; 3. Monitor the liquid level in the collection tank; 4. Check whether the outlet pressure of the pump has decreased compared to before, and whether the pump needs maintenance due to prolonged use ! Hope this helps!

It is recommended to check whether the internal/external opening degree of the valve matches. During installation, it may have happened that the valve was installed in the reverse position, with the open position ending up as the fully closed position.
