May I ask, for the horizontal tank in the picture, can the liquid inside be pumped out when the tank is evacuated? Thank you all first!

It can work; choose a larger net positive suction head, or increase the vertical distance between the bottom of the tank and the pump inlet. These decisions should be based on the actual conditions, taking into account the level of vacuum present

As long as the vacuum of the entire system is balanced, there is no problem with shooting it out. If the vacuum level inside the tank is higher than the pump’s suction power, it’s not possible to pump fluid out. If it’s lower than the pump’s suction power, then pumping is possible, but it will be slow; once the vacuum level inside the tank becomes higher than the pump’s suction power, pumping will no longer be possible.
Thank you for your reply! Centrifugal pumps operate by utilizing the vacuum created by centrifugal force ; I’m not sure what kind of pump is used for vacuuming; could you provide some more detailed information?
