What kind of pump is suitable for transporting the foam produced during fermentation?

Our factory currently has a 100 m3 fermentation broth tank, which is fed by a centrifugal pump with a flow rate of 138 m3/h and a head of 60 m. After the pump, the liquid is mixed with steam at 0.45 MPa using a steam-water mixer. Whenever the liquid level in the tank drops by 1 m, which is approximately 15 m3, the centrifugal pump stops operating due to gas locking. At present, the only way to remove the remaining material in the tank is by turning off the steam and introducing compressed air into the tank. The remaining 15 m3 of material is presumed to be due to excessive foam generated during fermentation, which entered the pump casing and caused gas entrapment. Is there any other type of pump that can be used to pump out this foamy material?
It seems that a screw pump can be found for now, but a pump with a capacity of 100 m3/h is approximately 3 meters long; it’s likely that it won’t fit in place. Are there any other alternatives?
