Safety Instructions for Open Circuits: – The A8VO pumps are designed for use in open circuits. – The project planning, assembly, and commissioning of pumps must be carried out by qualified personnel. – The working line oil ports and functional oil ports are designed solely for installing hydraulic lines. – During operation and shortly after, the motor (especially the electromagnet) may pose a risk of burns. Take appropriate safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing. – The characteristics of the pump may vary, depending on its operating conditions (operating pressure, oil temperature). – Tightening torque: – The tightening torques specified in this technical data sheet are all maximum values and must not be exceeded (these represent the maximum torque for the threads). It is necessary to follow the manufacturer’s specifications regarding the maximum allowable tightening torque for the installation tools used! - For DIN 13 set screws, we recommend checking their tightening torque separately in accordance with VDI 2230 version 2003. – The data and information provided here must be taken as authoritative. Installation instructions: During debugging and operation, the axial piston unit must always be filled with hydraulic oil and free of air. When the shutdown period is relatively long, the above precautions should still be followed, as the system may empty through the hydraulic lines. The housing oil drainage chamber is internally connected to the oil suction chamber. There is no need to connect the housing oil drain line to the fuel tank. Pay attention to the characteristics of Specification 200 rinse solution. (Oil port R4) Under all operating conditions, the oil suction line must extend below the lowest oil level in the fuel tank. The minimum suction pressure at oil port S must not drop below 0.8 bar. The installation position axis is horizontal.
