How can one determine from the appearance what standard a pump follows – whether it is in accordance with API610 or national standards? Is the screw pump in accordance with API676 or national standards, etc.? . . .
Can it be detected from other aspects, such as flushing and cooling?

Then compare these two standards. Find the places that are clearly different. For example, regarding the specifications of inlet and outlet flanges, the API-standard pipe connection sizes should not be DN32, DN65, DN125, etc. GB/T 3215 is equivalent to API610.

3215=610, as explained by the experts :) According to the distinctions mentioned by the original poster, we differentiate between 3215 (Category I), 5656 (Category II), and 5657 (Category III)
@Original poster, using sealing as a criterion is also a way to make distinctions. Pumps of type 5656 generally do not meet the specifications of the 682 sealing chamber; therefore, pumps that use a containerized seal compliant with 682 standards are most likely to follow the 610 (3215) standard~~~~~~ As for other types, pumps with central support and single suspension (OH2-610) are most likely to adhere to the 610 standard~~~~~~ Most 5656 pumps have foot supports; The grade of the flanges~~~ For pumps that meet strict 610 standards, the inlet and outlet flanges should be of 300lb grade (5MPa class)~~~ The highest grade specified in 5656 is 4MPa class; most pumps use 2.5/1.6 grade flanges~~~ There are many other differences as well, but they won’t be listed all here~~~~~
The most obvious thing to look at is the mounting base. The API has stringent requirements; the integrated liquid collection base must meet both stiffness requirements and ease of alignment.
