There is no specified thickness; generally, it is better not to use more than 4 gaskets.

This gasket is usually quite thin and is used mainly during precise alignment; its thickness is determined based on the requirements for such alignment. It’s reasonable to use as few gaskets as possible, with the number generally not exceeding 4. The area of the gasket should be roughly equal to the area where the motor legs make contact with the base – it shouldn’t be too large or too small; slightly larger is preferable to facilitate insertion and removal during installation.
