This U-shaped pipe is a bit confusing. My understanding is that the U-shaped pipe is used to store water so that the pump does not need to be filled next time. But I don’t know if there is a one-way shower head installed at the bottom of the suction port. If not, the pump will shut down due to siphoning when it stops, and the water will not be stored. Also, should we add a one-way valve to the outlet of this pump? Would it be better to add a filter to the suction inlet of the pressure gauge pump? Add a purge port at the lowest outlet?
The inlet pipeline is too long, and the U-shaped bend in the inlet pipeline will cause the pump to be unable to load.

Both inlet and outlet piping use DN25 pipes. According to management, the inlet pipe should be one or two levels larger to prevent cavitation and effectively control flow. However, since it is required to pump condensate water, it may not need to be so high to drain the water.
