One, that air bag is called a accumulator. Second, the top is usually an inflation valve that requires no piping. Third, the accumulator used for high-pressure injection pumps is generally 8 Mpa; the pressure can be measured using the gauge on the filling tube, and nitrogen cylinders can be used to fill it up if the pressure is insufficient.
