Since the pumps were buried on-site, how can they be repaired?

For the convenience of on-site management, the workshop treated the floor, including the pump foundations; as a result, the pump bases were buried, as shown in the diagram. The construction team was very responsible in carrying out this work, and the process required considerable effort and time. Do you still want to use the pump for a lifetime? How to fix it?
My previous workplace was the same (it was new equipment), and the mechanics were at their wits’ end.
Aren’t all bases grouted? It seems to be the same situation here; is it because I’m uninformed, or haven’t the images shown everything? Have I misled you?
Good heavens, no matter how much emphasis is placed on aesthetics, the pump base shouldn’t be hidden like that; this is truly terrible
You can think of other ways; at the very least, it should be possible to remove the base screws during maintenance. We also focus on environmental management here, haha.
Nothing positive can be seen; merely by repairing the pump, the site is completely damaged.
What used to take half a day now takes a whole day, and the site is also damaged in the process.
