How should the motor of a scrapped pump be handled in terms of fixed asset management?

Compared to pumps, motors have a much lower failure rate. Use it directly in combination with existing equipment – high-power motors are still quite expensive. .

Based on the original value of the fixed asset minus the depreciation over the years, or based on the current market price of the fixed asset, or based on its residual value (I recommend using this method)
