I would like to know whether the OH1 type of pump meets the requirements of API610 version 10. If it does not meet them, in which aspects is it non-compliant? The customer also requires that the pump comply with API610, version 10. Will an OH1 type pump meet this requirement? I hope the experts here can give some advice
What criteria need to be met? API610 itself is the standard for centrifugal pumps. You haven’t specified what requirements OH1 under API610 should fulfill; how can I give you an answer without all that information?
In API610, after the introduction of the OH1 pump type, it is stated that the OH1 cannot meet all the requirements of this international standard. Specifically, when transporting media at high temperatures, the deformation of the pump head supported by the OH1’s footings due to heat cannot be fully compensated for by the pump’s structure, which results in a decline in certain performance aspects. The pump model that truly meets all the requirements of API610 is the OH2. OH1 in API610 Edition 10 also fails to meet all the requirements.

Given that the temperature and pressure are not high and the medium is process circulating water, can an OH1 type pump be used?
The OH2 type is suitable for high temperature and high pressure; typical pump types include ZE
The ZE pump actually does not fully meet the requirements of a 610 OH2 pump
