What do the three values in the pump performance parameter table represent respectively?

As shown in the performance parameter table of the pump, each model of pump has only three values – what do they represent respectively? Minimum, rated, maximum? ? ? Is that the case? The efficiency under rated operating conditions should be the maximum, right? But in some cases the values are not listed correctly. What’s going on?
