Water ring pumps are noisy

The company uses Gedinas water ring pumps, model 2BV6161. As they operate, the noise level gradually increases, and the current consumption rises by 3–4 amps. I’m not sure if this is related to the cavitation valve; I would appreciate it if experts in this field could provide some guidance. Thank you
What is the cleanliness of the water inside the water ring? Is there sludge or scaling? Is the water in the water ring cooled, and what is its temperature? Does this pump have variable-speed gears, and what is the quality of the lubricating oil?
Are there bubbles entering the working fluid inlet? Is the working fluid too hard, causing fouling on the impeller? Is the temperature of the working fluid too high?
For those involved in oil processing, there is a small amount of oils with low boiling points in the water, with no other impurities or sediment. Based on previous observations, fouling of the impeller can be basically ruled out. Keep the working fluid at around 12°C; since the fluid enters from a lower position, there should be no bubbles. The main suspicion is whether the cavitation valve is blocked; secondly, it is possible that the impeller has become loose
Check whether the anchor bolts are loose and whether cavitation is occurring in the pump； Whether there is a foreign object inside and whether the blades are loose.
