Question: Our company has two water pumps with a power of 185 kW, a rated current of 330 A, a flow rate of 423–847 m3/h, and a head of 55–72 meters. Two units are operating simultaneously; during operation, the current per unit is 310A and the flow rate is 550 m3/h. Is this normal? Is it possible to adjust the flow rate to over 700 m3/h per unit?
Change the characteristic curve of the device
Normal; when both units are operating simultaneously, the traffic volume is lower than when only one unit is in use, so the current is naturally lower as well.
