It is also necessary to verify whether there are any issues with the dynamic balance of the impeller, as an unbalanced impeller will wobble during operation, thereby increasing wear ; If the operating conditions indeed involve severe wear, it is possible to consider replacing the components with wear-resistant materials, or applying a wear-resistant coating to the inner wall of the pump casing for reinforcement. It is best to have professional pump maintenance technicians examine the actual operating conditions on site, as the operating environments for different pumps vary; only through accurate diagnosis can the problems be completely resolved.
