The Jifeng water pump suddenly stopped working while it was in operation. A colleague on site said that the bearing had seized and couldn’t rotate. How could this happen to a pump that has been running continuously? Don’t understand? Or some other reason. The rated current of our mechanical seal water pump is 11.1A. The normal outlet pressure is 0.09 kPa
There are many reasons for bearing damage, such as insufficient lubricating oil, water in the lubricating oil, impurities entering the bearing, and excessive axial force on the pump, among others
We have encountered this before; the reasons vary. In our case, it was due to poor quality of the pump and damaged bearings

Check more often; sometimes the mechanical seal can get stuck as well.
