Vibration in pump outlet pipeline

At the outlet of the methanol pump in our plant, a control valve is used to regulate the flow rate. Experience from operations shows that when the pump outlet is fully open, significant vibration occurs in the pipeline when the opening degree of the control valve is between 10% and 30%; no vibration is observed at other valve settings. I would appreciate advice from those with more experience!
Is the vibration caused by methanol vaporization due to a large pressure difference in the control valve?
It might be caused by an excessive flow rate.
Check whether the pump’s minimum flow rate falls within this range
It seems to be outside the operating range; generally, the minimum flow rate for multi-stage pumps should be maintained at 30%
I don’t understand whether it’s pump vibration or pipeline vibration? The area within the minimum continuous flow rate required for the pump to operate has been reached; when the pump’s flow rate falls below this minimum value, the pump begins to vibrate, which in turn causes the pipelines to vibrate as well
Does this pump have a return line? If so, try increasing it to a higher setting. (I guess not; otherwise it wouldn’t be a problem.)
