Excuse me, experts. The vacuum level achieved by the steam jet vacuum pump does not meet the requirements; there is no issue with the pipeline sealing. Some people say to connect one in parallel, but I feel that doing so won’t improve the vacuum level. Series connection does not meet the requirements. What should I do?
If the vacuum level cannot be achieved due to insufficient pumping capacity, another unit can be connected in parallel to increase the pumping capacity, and thus the pressure will decrease! The pressure difference can be resolved in this way. If the pressure difference is more than half, series connection is required, meaning an additional injector needs to be added!
It’s also possible that your requirements exceed the limits of the vacuum pump; even if the whole family helps, there’s nothing that can be done.
This issue should be distinguished as a problem of inherent design? Problems that occurred during production and use the day after tomorrow? The former is unlikely; for the latter, it’s necessary to find the cause, such as whether it’s due to a decrease in air volume? Clogged, crystallized, or blocked catheter nozzle? ? ? Leaking from the vacuum equipment system? Increased pressure? ? ?
Since you were able to find information regarding pipeline sealing and other aspects, it indicates that this pump was used before and the problems arose later on; it would be better to try a different pump head, as running them in parallel ultimately increases costs
Check whether the inlet and outlet temperatures of the cooling water in the jet pump cooler are at levels that ensure effective cooling; poor cooling performance of the cooler can also affect the vacuum level
Could there be changes in the vacuum pumping system, such as an increase in the concentration of light components or a rise in the operating temperature?
