I know that a PE-lined jet pump will work, but the issue is that my hydrogen fluoride has very strict requirements regarding moisture – not even a trace of water is allowed, as jet pumps can introduce moisture. I’m looking for a vacuum pump that can resist hydrofluoric acid corrosion and handle gas-liquid mixtures. A vacuum pump that produces a clean environment free from trace impurities and is capable of achieving a vacuum close to absolute.
SIHI’s dry screw vacuum pumps can pump HF
For high vacuum conditions, and when both gas and liquid phases need to be pumped, a cascade system consisting of a liquid ring vacuum pump and a screw pump can be used~~~ It is recommended to use two-stage gas-liquid separators after the liquid ring pump~~~ As for corrosion resistance, the working fluid in the liquid ring pump must be free of water; the liquid ring pump itself can have an inner lining, and the gas-liquid separators can also have inner linings~~~ ......
We can consider using special materials for lining the interior of our dry, oil-free vacuum pumps – these materials do not fall off, are highly resistant to corrosion, and can withstand high temperatures
Dry screw vacuum pumps can be considered as an option; they are oil-free and water-free, clean and energy-efficient, offer high vacuum levels, and their special coatings provide excellent corrosion resistance. For more details, please contact 17625827482
