During an inspection in the factory, I saw the structure inside the bearing bush. There are two oil sling rings. Is this called splash lubrication?
This kind of ring is called "oil ring" and is usually used for thin oil lubrication of large diameter and slow speed rotors. The principle is to bring thin oil to the top of the shaft and wet the shaft surface to achieve lubrication purposes. If it is splash lubrication, it should be suitable for high-speed gear lubrication, in which thin oil is sprayed directly to the lubrication point. Personal opinion for reference.

The high-speed pump is circulated oil lubrication or oil injection lubrication
