Deep well pump impeller fracture

As shown in the image, the flange of the deep well pump impeller has broken; please help analyze the cause. (The image on the left shows a fractured impeller, while the image on the right shows a normal impeller.)
If there are no signs of collision, check the material and manufacturing process.
The R value at the root of the mouth ring is too small; cracks gradually form, and eventually the mouth ring falls off as a result of further friction
Has there been any change in the operating conditions of the medium? It has happened before that a multi-stage pump designed for clean water was used to pump sewage, and the ring at the impeller’s inlet also wore out and came off in such a manner
Dozens of impellers were processed in this way; everything else is fine, it’s just this one that’s broken
No change; other pumps of the same model under the same operating conditions are all fine
You can’t control the roundness of the cutting edge, nor can you control whether there are any small cracks in the casting
What material? Is it made of pig iron? Processing defects: collision and fracture at the mating surfaces and the issue-related collar
If it’s just one piece, it’s very likely a quality issue with the processing
