Is the blue color on the mechanical seal surface due to the lack of filling during operation and the resulting sudden high temperatures?
I’m not sure if it turned colored during the ring setting. The dry rotation shouldn’t cause such a large area to turn blue
Inadequate exhaust from the sealed chamber led to dry friction between the rubbing surfaces; the resulting sudden rise in temperature was transmitted to the bellows, causing it to tear apart despite its function of transmitting torque!
It is because the gas was not completely expelled during the exhaust process, resulting in dry grinding of the gas inside
This color requires a temperature of over 400 degrees; if it’s made of stainless steel, the temperature needed is even higher

I also think it should be dry grinding, with high temperatures occurring instantly; I’m not sure if that’s the case

The position of the inlay ring is usually made of a constant-expansion alloy such as (4J42); it shouldn’t happen instantly, but rather after it has rotated for a while
