The Pasi Fida 25H metering pump is not measuring properly. I have checked the inlet and outlet pipelines, one-way valves, hydraulic oil filling in the hydraulic chamber, emptying valves, and vacuuming, but the amount is still not being measured. I have also checked that the plunger oil seal is damaged, causing the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic chamber to flow into the lubricating oil tank, but the amount is still not being measured. Can anyone have an idea?
1. Check if there is a damping buffer tank at the outlet. Open the exhaust valve of the outlet and try. 2. Check if it has double diaphragms. To drain the air between the diaphragms, you can use a syringe to slowly pump oil into it. 3. Check the safety valve of the body to see if the oil can be replenished normally.
Mixed oil is not completely unusable, but it will have an impact. This is not the reason why the pump cannot be filled with fluid. First check the mechanical end to see if the diaphragm can move normally. Check whether the inlet and outlet one-way valve is intact, whether there is any problem with the seal, whether there is air leakage, and whether there are any particles blocking the one-way valve that may cause the one-way valve to not close tightly.
After the pump is refueled, check whether the hydraulic chamber is exhausted, whether the oil supply valve is normal, whether the safety valve of the pump body is in good condition, and whether the piston rod seal is in good condition.
Come and learn* The answers from the people upstairs are very professional.
The air in the hydraulic chamber has been exhausted, the oil supply valve is normal, the safety valve is normal, and the piston rod seal has been replaced with a new one. Rated displacement: 0.89L/H, working pressure 0.35MP,
Is it normal now? Have you measured the pump?
The flow rate is too small, and the double diaphragm is slightly inappropriate. The chance of not measuring is too high.
For pumps of the same type, diaphragm rupture often occurs here. After replacement, the pump can increase the volume but the pressure is low. Within 2 months, the same problem still occurs, and the cause has not been found. :L
