I didn’t understand it at first, but after I replaced the motor with a new one and switched the shielding sleeve to HC material, no signs of wear were observed after it was in operation for some time
There are several possibilities: 1. The stator shielding sleeve was not dried properly, leaving moisture inside; 2. There are defects in the welding of the stator shielding sleeve, allowing materials to enter ; 3. Quality issues with the insulation paint between stator turns generate volatile gases; if any one of the above three conditions exists, an increase in temperature during operation can cause the shielding sleeve to bulge and crack, leading to friction between the rotor components.
