With the standby pump of the centrifugal pump not in operation, the vibration of the pump is 9 mm/s, while the radial vibration of the pump’s drive pulley is 30–40 mm/s. The inlet valve of the pump was closed, and the vibration of the pump disappeared. What’s going on? Could some expert help analyze this?

Vibration when the pump is not running must be caused by something other than the pump itself; from your description, it seems to be related to the pipe outlet. Generally speaking, the outlet of a centrifugal pump is continuous, so there should not be such a significant impact. Is the outbound traffic unstable? Check the status of the operating pump, as well as the condition of the standby pump.
Try installing rubber flexible joints at the pump’s inlet and outlet.
The check valve at the outlet of this pump is leaking. --Estimate. The medium from the pump outlet on the side is poured into this pump, and the inlet and outlet of this pump become return pipes.
OP, you’re not in the craft industry. Reason: 1. Under normal circumstances, pumps are equipped with a warm pump valve or a cold pump valve, and these valves remain slightly open so that the pump can stay in a standby state. Please check whether such valves are present. 2. Check the pump’s minimum return line configuration to determine whether backflow from the minimum return is possible. 3. Check whether the pump’s outlet valve is closed; if the pump is allowed to start automatically, the outlet valve cannot be closed. In this case, it is most likely that your check valve is leaking.
