All of the three-stage steam ejectors here fail to create a negative pressure when operated; moreover, the steam from the first stage flows back into the reflux tank of the tower. I’m seeking advice from experts – what could be causing this issue? The steam parameters are 1.1 MPa and a temperature of 190 degrees. The ejectors have been inspected and no abnormalities were found. Please help!
Currently, this issue is occurring in 2 towers; it’s urgent. It’s Hangzhou Hangzhen when using the jet pump

Before operation, the distillation tower underwent a gas-tightness test at 0.1 MPa, and the pressure retention test passed; when the tower was empty, its pressure was also reduced to the design value of 5 KPa. However, this did not work once material started to be fed into the tower

It has been confirmed that the outlet is not blocked; the tower has been fed with material, but continuous feeding has not yet started. Steam is not being introduced into the bottom of the tower, and negative pressure cannot be created either
It would be easier to analyze if there were a detailed schematic diagram of the jet pump
Have you found the reason? Let’s learn a bit: “Steam at the first stage will flow back into the reflux tank of the tower.” I personally think there’s an issue with the outlet

Open it up and check whether the nozzle is damaged; if it is, it will severely affect the quality of vacuum pumping
