Haimi specifies in the technical agreement that an axial force balance test be conducted on the pumps before they leave the factory, with the testing equipment being an axial force balance tester imported from Germany. I wonder if anyone knows what the specific model of this detector is or any other relevant information

In my opinion, force is measured through the transmission of force; it is impossible to detect the magnitude and changes in force without direct contact (except for electromagnetic forces). The instrument you mentioned likely has strain gauges installed on the back of the thrust plate (a component that experiences slight deformation under force), which are used to detect the magnitude and changes in force due to those minor deformations. The signals are then sent outside the pump, where they can be measured using instruments to determine the changes in force. This instrument is capable of measuring the axial force exerted when water flows at the rated flow rate; in my opinion, it serves as a reference point that helps determine the approximate upper limit of the axial force on the pump, thereby allowing an assessment of whether the thrust plate can withstand such forces. Using this method during product finalization to verify axial force calculations is feasible, allowing for the inspection and adjustment of the theoretical methods for calculating axial forces. However, the temperature, specific gravity, and viscosity of the actual medium differ from those used in the factory tests, and it is not clear whether the pump is operating at its rated flow rate; as a result, it is difficult to determine the axial force balance condition under actual operation of the pump.
