How is this time period defined and understood within 24 hours?
What standard does the requirement come from? It’s probably to avoid failure in leveling due to some basic deformation or displacement occurring after an excessive interval of time

But it is necessary to carefully re-check the equipment’s levelness and alignment and verify the data once again; doing this for particularly large and precision-based equipment is very troublesome and can delay the progress. So it is generally adjusted on the same day; secondary grouting must be carried out no matter how late it is, and the grouting has to be completed in one go, without being done in multiple stages. Companies and individuals specialized in equipment installation are all familiar with this procedure.
