I would like to ask the experts in this industry: how is thorough quality analysis conducted for the key components of pumps, such as bearings and impellers? Is there any procedure to follow? There were problems with the customer’s on-site pump, and after-sales service personnel were sent to fix them. The after-sales service reports submitted were sometimes completely inaccurate or written carelessly. The company’s technical expertise, manufacturing processes, and quality control are not on-site, which leads to chaos; one problem arises after another, and each one has to be dealt with separately. It cannot be solved fundamentally. If I want to conduct an internal quality analysis for a certain component, such as a shaft or impeller, how should I get started? You should contact the quality department and check your company’s product quality plan or quality manual; if these are followed strictly, then there should be no problems. Most quality issues arise from inadequate implementation of the relevant documents
