For Ingersoll Rand diaphragm pumps, is it the deformation of the old diaphragm that causes it to appear to have a different depth?
The new diaphragms of MDL are flat and circular; they deform after use, bulging in the middle.
After being used for a while, the diaphragm will slightly deform and expand somewhat.
Is the new diaphragm also from the original manufacturer? If so, it is due to the deformation of the diaphragm under prolonged stress and compression
This diaphragm only deforms; in terms of material, its elongation coefficient can be considered negligible. Otherwise, it won’t work.
