1. So, is there any temperature limit when using this diaphragm pump? 2. Another factor is viscosity; it should be fine to use a viscosity of 3000 cp for this diaphragm pump. What if it exceeds 5000 cp?

The concept of viscosity is actually quite vague; according to Baidu, the viscosity of ordinary glue is around 3000 cp.

Metal diaphragms can withstand high temperatures, but they need to be replaced regularly! It should be replaced every about 6 months
It depends on whether your diaphragm is metal or non-metal. If it’s made of PTFE, abroad PFA is typically used (a copolymer of a small amount of perfluoropropylperfluoroethylene ether and polytetrafluoroethylene); in particular, PFA450 can withstand extreme temperatures of up to 300°C, while its normal long-term operating temperature range is from -196 to 260 degrees Celsius.
