After the second fine search and grouting preparation for piping, I found that the pump body shook greatly and there was a large gap at the corner. I want an answer. Is there anyone who can analyze the reason?
Under normal circumstances, this pump vibrates very little and is very stable. First, pad the corners of the joints firmly (the grouting must be full) and see if it still vibrates. If it is solved and replenished, iron pads can be added if necessary. If it still vibrates, check whether the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is consistent with the head to see if it is the cause of the deviation. Also check whether the stress of the pipeline is acting on the pump.
Check whether the bolts in the lower picture circle are tightened and whether the bolt washers are a little small. Remove the two bolts and check if there is any slag or dirt between the pump base and the pump drag. If so, clean it and tighten the bolts. The cracked concrete should be regular cement mortar used for tiling. If the secondary grouting also uses ordinary cement mortar, it will not work. It must be smashed and grouted again. Use special grouting material higher than No. 600, and the gaps in the picture must be filled.
It is definitely wrong for the pump body to shake. The empty feet need to be flattened. Moreover, ordinary cement cannot be used for grouting. If the base of the pump body is of a comparable size, grouting can be done three times to save costs. This small pump uses grouting material at the end. It is best to fill the gap at the bottom of the base. This canned pump is very stable and will not vibrate too much. However, installation must still be treated strictly

The foundation was flat before grouting, but deformed after grouting. I consulted a master craftsman and said that it was possible that the quality of the cement was poor and shrinkage caused the deformation. Is this possible? Or are there any other factors?
The foundation has been deformed and leveling can only be done by adding pads, which will be troublesome for later maintenance.
It is recommended to pad the raised corners with gaskets and fill the empty areas of the base.
