That’s just how we are; every time something breaks, we send it over. We want to fix it ourselves, but the repair service refuses to do it.
Indeed, while we can repair ordinary centrifugal pumps at our company, for pumps such as Metering pumps from Milton Roy, Imperial shielded pumps, and aerospace high-speed pumps, repair usually has to be carried out at the manufacturer’s facility. Can the owner fix it themselves?
I don’t think the technical parameters of a pump are anything that needs to be kept secret; they can be found in the contract or technical agreement. Yet even with these parameters, it is not recommended to attempt to repair the centrifugal pump oneself, as there will be no warranty for such repairs – it’s better to turn to the pump manufacturer
