The temperature of the condensate tank is 115°C, and the pressure is 0.10 Mpa. But after starting the pump, the outlet pressure is normal and the pump’s operating current is also normal; however, there is no flow. What could be the reason? The pipeline is not blocked.

Check the pipeline to see if there is a bypass. The pressure and current are normal, which indicates that there should be no problem with the pump; check the pipes.
With normal pressure and current, it should not be a problem with the pump. Check whether the pipeline flow is going through the bypass valve or there is an issue with the flow meter. It is possible that the signal wire of a digital flow meter is not making proper contact.
That makes sense; it might be something like a bypass return flow.
