The vibration of the pump occasionally exceeds the standard of 3.5-4mm/s, and the time is only ten minutes, and it is normal again. What are the common causes of this phenomenon? Pump mechanical problems are basically eliminated. Could you please help me to answer this question?

Are there any changes in inlet pressure, outlet pressure, and flow rate?
Take a look at the traffic to see if there is any leakage. Or high gas content in the medium can also cause cavitation. If this happens frequently, the pump will be easily damaged.
I have never played with acrylic, so I don’t know what type of pump you are using. It looks like a centrifugal pump. Your traffic trend line should be generated by technology. It is recommended to enlarge this trend line to view other simultaneous changes in time. In addition, whether the pressure and temperature are within the range of NPSH?

Small changes will not affect vibration unless the operating conditions are particularly critical and such changes cause cavitation problems.
