Required net positive suction head of the pump

When checking the nameplates today, I noticed that some of our pumps have the NPSH value indicated on their nameplates, while others do not have this information. What does this mean? I seek abhisheka.
If the net positive suction head available of the device, NPSHa, is greater than that value, the pump will not experience cavitation
Based on the ordering requirements, pump manufacturers that have clear specifications before placing an order will follow those specifications; those without such clear requirements will rely on the manufacturer’s own markings. This is especially true in cases where the net positive suction head available is very high, and cavitation and vacuum effects can be completely ignored
