Recently, the TMBZF-500 grouting pump, independently developed by China Coal Science & Technology Tianma Intelligent Control, completed its first industrial trial at the Shangyuquan coal washing plant of **Energy Group, with complete success. This trial focused on addressing the specific issues present in the grouting process of the waste rock treatment systems in coal washing plants, such as large pressure fluctuations, high noise levels, low reliability, and frequent maintenance requirements associated with traditional equipment. Through innovative structural design, the R&D team at Tianma Intelligent Control has enabled the grouting pump to operate with high pressure, in a continuous and stable manner, and with precise control under complex working conditions. During several weeks of field operation, this pump demonstrated the following notable advantages: first, it operated stably and reliably, meeting the requirements for continuous production in coal preparation plant filling operations ； Secondly, the grouting accuracy has been significantly improved, contributing to the optimization of the overall efficiency of the gangue waste treatment system ； Thirdly, the noise generated during underground operations is significantly reduced, thereby effectively minimizing the occupational health risks posed by noise pollution to workers ； Fourthly, it provides new high-performance and cost-effective equipment options for coal backfill mining and the disposal of gangue waste. To date, this equipment has been operating steadily, with excellent performance in all key metrics, thereby providing strong support for the upgrading of filling and pumping equipment as well as the implementation of green mining strategies. The successful application of this product not only serves as yet another proof of China Coal Science Tianma Intelligent Control’s technical expertise in the field of mine fluid control, but it also provides reliable domestic core equipment to support the upgrading of solid waste treatment processes and the advancement of intelligentization in coal processing plants in our country.
