The centrifugal pump is experiencing overcurrent; the motor has been replaced as well, and turning the pump manually poses no problem, but the overcurrent issue persists
It may be caused by excessive flow or high pump thrust.

1. Check whether there is increased wear on the mouth ring； 2. Try cutting the impeller into smaller pieces.
If the power is high, try a soft start for the centrifugal pump. When starting a pump normally, first perform a test run to check the rotation direction and ensure proper exhaust. Then the outlet valve is closed and the inlet valve is fully opened. Start the pump again, and slowly adjust the size of the outlet valve to the operating point. (Looking at the outlet pressure gauge) The pump outlet does not need to be fully opened; it is sufficient to use it at your operating point as long as the current does not exceed the limit.
Internal wear and increased internal leakage mean the pump needs to be repaired or replaced.
