What do the values of a diaphragm pump mean?

I have installed a new diaphragm pump. There is a label on the pump, as shown in the picture; I’m not sure what the numbers on it mean Is it possible to adjust the flow rate? Please, experts, tell me
The outer ring corresponds to the percentage of flow rate, while the inner ring represents the piston stroke distance.
This is a metering pump; at most, it’s a diaphragm metering pump. How did you call it a diaphragm pump? :lol
