Treating the equipment surface: First, for the repaired vacuum pump, it is necessary to treat its surface properly. Oil and rust on the surface of the equipment should be removed first; any sludge or debris attached to the surface must also be washed away. In cases where there is oil on the surface, anhydrous ethanol can be used for cleaning. As for rust on the surface, tools such as gauze, grinding wheels, or polishers can be used to grind and polish it, avoiding direct contact with the surface of the equipment. 2. Selection of repair coating: The coating chosen must be able to withstand temperatures between 30°C and 40°C. During the use of repair materials, it is necessary to weigh them accurately and mix them multiple times to ensure uniform mixing. Additionally, the temperature during curing must be controlled to guarantee the quality of the materials used. During the application of the surface coating material, it is important to ensure that the material is applied evenly and compactly, so as to avoid bubbles on its surface. The application must be uniform, and it is necessary to maintain the cylindricity and coaxiality of the impeller, as well as the fit tolerances with the pump casing. The assembly can only take place after the material has fully cured.
