The main lubrication methods commonly used in daily production are dry oil lubrication and thin oil lubrication. The existing lubrication methods can no longer meet the new lubrication requirements of such equipment. Oil mist lubrication is a new type of efficient lubrication method that lies between thin oil lubrication and dry grease lubrication. It has been successfully applied to various friction pairs such as rolling bearings, sliding bearings, gears, worm gears, chains, and moving guides in rolling mills and aluminum foil rolling mill production lines within the metallurgy industry. It is also widely used in the petrochemical industry, particularly in the rolling bearings and sliding bearings of pumps used in production areas such as catalytic units and gas separation units. It exhibits great advantages in improving the operating conditions and performance of friction pairs, as well as in saving energy and reducing environmental pollution.
