The factory uses pumps to transport a mixture of chloroform, hydrochloric acid, and triethylamine (with high viscosity; no appropriate instruments are available in the factory to measure it). There is one pump required for transporting substances with a strong acid pH of around 1 and a weak base pH of 8–9, at a flow rate of 20 M3/h. Another pump is needed to transport chloroform, hydrochloric acid, and titanium salt impurities (in the form of particles), also at a flow rate of 20 M3/h. The mechanical seal keeps breaking, and now I want to buy a new one. What should I pay attention to and how should I go about purchasing it?
