Dear friends, I have two multi-stage pumps here. The temperature rises by 60 degrees in half an hour after being turned on, by 85 degrees in one hour, and the room temperature is 19 degrees. The structural diagram is as follows, with axial water inlet, the inlet is a sliding bearing, and the driving end is a 3313 double row angular contact ball bearing. The dimensions of the parts are currently being tested and no problems have been found for the time being. The inner ring of the bearing is fixed front and back, and there is a minimum gap of 10 wires between the outer ring and the front and rear glands. Could you guys please analyze the possible reasons? 1. What is the clearance of the bearing? 2. According to the installation conditions of the two bearings, can the outer ring rotate independently if the two bearings press the inner ring? 3. Are the bearings facing each other or back-to-back?

After replacing the bearings, reducing the grease, and readjusting the clearance. Currently, the pressure on the low-pressure side of the balance drum is measured, swinging up and down around 1MPa. The room temperature is 32°, and the temperature within an hour is about 89°. The room temperature is 29 degrees, and the temperature is about 93 degrees for an hour and 40 minutes.
