No pictures will be sent; just write it in text. It seems that the assembly is incorrect after removing it; the set of seal components provided doesn’t work at all. Does anyone have information on imported cold heat transfer oil pumps and what components they come with?

In the earlier versions, the functional components of the shaft when it was removed were, in order: 1 the impeller; 2 two packing seals on the pump cover; 3 presumably a guide sleeve mounted at one end of the housing, with an unknown material. Like perfluorine, soft. 4 Sealed; its current position is completely useless, as there are holes at the top and bottom of the housing, with no medium present. 5 Next to the mechanical seal is a rolling bearing. 6 pairs of wheels. We won’t consider the mechanical seal issue. It’s just redundant. My question is: what provides support at the other end of this shaft, since one end has a bearing? That guide sleeve? Can a soft material resist wear? Because there is no lubricated part, copper sleeve. Graphite bearings probably can’t be used for this, right? Or should a graphite bearing be placed in the filler, with the position of the sleeve becoming sealed? Could some expert please give me some guidance?
I found some information and now I understand a bit better. The official website selling KSB states that the sliding bearings are made of silicon carbide. With that mechanical seal in place, did this pump originally have lubricating oil? Those holes should have screw threads, right? I don’t know which guy did it; I’ll check when I go to work tomorrow
