Series seal making squeaking noises

This is the mechanical seal for the primary bottom pump from our factory. Series sealing; it makes a squeaking sound during operation. What’s causing this? Sealing oil: White oil. Sealing oil level: Normal. Sealing oil circulation: Normal circulation. Operating temperature: 190°C 185
Problems existing: 1. The gas in the sealing system was not completely removed before starting the pump; there was gas in the system； 2、There are issues within the mechanical seal system, which requires attention from the manufacturer.
I have the feeling that the oil seal is loose. In general, when encountering such a situation, we definitely start by switching to another pump in order to identify the cause. Is it a primary bottom pump or a heavy oil pump? If not handled properly, it could lead to a fire......
The last edit to this post was made by Front Row Viewer on 2020-6-3 at 12:17. This is clearly the sound of metal friction; it’s likely that the oil seal ring is loose. Stop the pump and tighten the set screw that holds the oil seal ring in place
Monitor sound changes, measure local temperature, prevent accidents
Measure the temperature of the water seal screw; it seems there is metal friction with the driving components
Sound of mechanical wear; check whether the temperature of the sealing fluid is normal, as well as the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet pipelines
There may be vapor in the white oil, causing dry grinding of the seal
