Can pumps lined with perfluorinated materials withstand mixed fluids: an organic medium containing kerosene at a sulfuric acid concentration of 200 grams/liter and a hydrochloric acid concentration of 17%? Can furan-carbon graphite, when impregnated, withstand an organic medium containing kerosene at a sulfuric acid concentration of 200 grams per liter and a hydrochloric acid concentration of 17%?
For the previous one, just use fluoroplastic F46; sometimes the operating conditions provided by the client are not accurate, and it’s hard to determine whether the concentration should be higher or lower.
Can’t we use perfluoride? His temperature is only between 20 and 30 degrees
With F46, there’s no need to worry about these things. It’s not much more expensive than para-difluorine.
