Personally, I think it’s due to process or equipment issues; if the vibration level at the inlet is higher than that at the outlet. A major reason is that the pipeline is too thin. If the difference between the two isn’t significant. Look for equipment-related factors

Are you sure the fundamentals are fine: foot bolts, coupling alignment, rotor bearings, and medium temperature? Has everything been taken into account? Nothing needs to be ruled out one by one.
